Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love our stuff as much as we do.  If for any reason you are not happy with an item, please let us know and we will gladly replace it.  All you have to do is fill out a form and send us the item you wish to return or exchange.  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, but we will send you a replacement for no additional shipping charge.  We do not accept cancellations.

Before returning items, please note:

  • Items must be returned within 20 days of receipt of your purchase.
  • Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted.
  • All “Sale” Items are final

IF WE’VE MADE A MISTAKE:

Hey, we’re not perfect (but we try)!  If we have sent you the wrong or damaged item, we we will take care of the return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional charge.  Please get in touch with us at 1-774-212-0305 or info@capecodbabycompany.com and a product specialist will assist you with your return.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS IN 3 SIMPLE STEPS:

  1. Please complete the return form and include it with the item(s) you are returning.  (The form will be sent to you once you contact us via email or phone)
  2. Remember to indicate the style, color and size of your replacement item(s).
  3. Send us the items in the original box (or a different box as long as it’s unmarked) to the address below.  We suggest you use USPS priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking.  If a return shipment.

IF YOU REQUEST A REFUND:

When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as our returns department has completed processing your return (usually within 2 weeks)

IF YOU REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:

When the returned item is received, we immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge.  You may see a new charge on your credit card for the replacement item but the value of your return item will be credited back when our returns department has completed processing you return (usually within 2 weeks)
